Continuing with our commitment to recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals who have gone above and beyond their normal duties, the individual or individuals will be presented with this award. Individuals will be nominated by line managers and a senior management review will be made to identify the winner of each quarterly award.
Our next recipient of our ‘Employee of the Quarter’ is Steve Lee. He has been nominated by Suction Excavator Business Manager Pete Buckingham. Pete nominated Steve stating that he had continually received positive feedback from numerous clients about Steve’s professionalism on site. The clients were also very impressed with his work ethic and the way that he would go out of his way to ensure that the work undertaken not only met the clients requirements but our H&S requirements. Steve has also been training and acting as a mentor for the last 3 months to a new member of the team. With numerous years of experience and his approach to the way that he undertakes his work Steve has helped his new colleague to become an integral member of the team.
