Continuing with our commitment to recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals who have gone above and beyond their normal duties, the individual or individuals will be presented with this award. Individuals will be nominated by line managers and a senior management review will be made to identify the winner of each quarterly award.
Our second recipients of our ‘Employee of the Quarter’ were Johnny Jarvis, Jon Allott and Andrew Allott. The guys were nominated by Operations Manager Richard Whittam. Richard nominated the team stating that they had continually liaised with, updated and escorted residents during an extended period of which a road closure was in place to help ease the level of disruption to their normal routine. They also took the initiative to protect an area with the possibility of newts by implementing a temporary fencing plan in order to protect and preserve the natural habitat and ensuring no newts were disturbed or harmed by the works. Throughout the duration of this scheme the team received praise from both the local residents and the management team about the way that they had dealt with various issues and ultimately turned a toxic situation with multiple customer complaints into a positive overall review from locals which was recognised throughout by our client the Alliance.
