At one of our recent Monthly senior management meetings we have decided that there will be an employee of the quarter award. Therefore, as part of our continuing commitment to recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals who have gone above and beyond their normal duties or have continually performed to a high standard, they will be presented with this award.
Shaun Tweddle is Employee of the Quarter! Shaun was nominated by operations Manager Gary Thompson. Gary nominated Shaun stating that he has ‘continually strived and achieved to be one of the best welders within the @One Alliance’. Shaun has also received praise from his peers over his commitment and professionalism to the way that he conducts both himself and his approach to ensure that the job gets done safely and correctly first time.
We are now looking for the next person to be our employee of the quarter for April – June.
